Rate
Trading on this fee structure is aimed at helping active clients. It is structured
around total dollar value rather than a per transaction basis.
Many clients wish to spread their orders throughout the day,
rather than placing one order. Another advantage for active
traders is the ability to trade a stock multiple times throughout
the day for a flat fee.
As a result all trades on one stock are collated at the end
of the day and issued as one transaction, all for the low
flat fee of $33.
Trade values up to $200,000 are charged $33 per confirmation.
Trade values greater than $200,001 are charged $33.00 plus .0275% of the value over $200,001 per contract.
Contract notes are issued at the end of a trading day for a buy or sell in an individual stock (the order may not be
complete). If the balance of the order is filled the next day then a new contract note will be issued and an additional
contract note charge is applied.

- "month" means the period from the first day in a calendar month to the last day in that calendar month, inclusive.
- "trade" is a fully filled order or the first trade of a partially filled order.
- "order" is defined as an instruction to purchase or sell a particular class of securities or an instruction to amend or cancel a prior instruction to purchase or sell a particular class of securities to the extent that the instruction has not been executed in part or in full.
- "on-line trading" is the facility offered by amscot Discount Stockbroking
to place orders directly in to the market via the amscot website.
